2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Term	Definition
Platform	The zt9999 website at zt9999.cam and all associated sub-pages, mobile experiences and services.
Account	A registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and verification processes.
User / Player	Any natural person who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
Wager / Bet	Any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, instant game or any other product offered on the Platform.
Balance	The total funds held within a User's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds where separately tracked.
Bonus Funds	Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation or matched deposit bonus credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

3. Account Eligibility

Own Name and Details: You must register using your own true, accurate and complete personal information. Accounts registered in a third party's name, a fictitious name or using another person's identity documents are prohibited.
No Employment Restriction: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any such person employed by zt9999 or any of its licensed affiliates, game providers or third-party service partners where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.

              Underage Gambling is a Serious Offence: zt9999 employs age verification processes and takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to have been opened by a person below the minimum required age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they were received, subject to verification requirements.
            

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on zt9999, a User must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number and chosen username and password. By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is true, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zt9999 staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you unless you have previously notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

zt9999 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time a transaction or account activity pattern triggers risk-based review procedures. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account restriction or closure.

For Pakistani users, standard accepted identity documents for KYC purposes include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport, together with any additional documents requested during enhanced verification. 5. Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, zt9999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content; (b) use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; (c) access the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal gaming activity; or (d) sub-licence or transfer your rights to any third party.

You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not compromise the integrity of any game, market or event. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds obtained through such activity, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

              Technical Errors: In the event that a game result, bet settlement or balance update is affected by a technical error or system malfunction, zt9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their state prior to the error. zt9999 will not be liable for losses attributable to technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
            

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs solely to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform does not accept cash, cheques or money orders.

Minimum deposit amounts, processing timeframes and available payment methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. For Pakistani users, payment methods familiar in the local market — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. Users must verify current availability, applicable fees and daily limits directly in the cashier before initiating any transaction. The mention of these payment providers does not constitute an endorsement by those providers of gambling or of this Platform.

zt9999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures. Deposits sourced from funds connected to illegal activity will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities and the associated Account will be permanently closed.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation by the payment provider, subject to processing times outside zt9999's control.
zt9999 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits unless expressly confirmed as available in the current cashier. Where accepted, USDT and BTC are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
zt9999 is not liable for delays, failures or losses caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or banking intermediaries.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money Account Balance that is not subject to any active wagering requirement. Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable rollover cycle are not eligible for withdrawal.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification to the standard required by the Platform's compliance framework. Where KYC has not been completed, withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry window (e.g., 14 days from the date of issue). Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from the Account without compensation.
One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a User may hold only one active bonus offer at any time. Opting into a new promotion before completing an existing one may cause the prior bonus to be forfeited.
Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are set out in the Promotion Terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on zt9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game interface or sports market page and form part of these Terms by reference.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zt9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in creating an Account to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple welcome offers.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior express written consent of zt9999. The limited use licence granted in Section 5 does not extend to any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt9999 shall not be liable to any User for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (c) any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services.

zt9999's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by zt9999's gross negligence; or (b) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

zt9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent version.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt9999 holds its operating licence, the details of which are available from our support team upon request.
